Stilton and honey toasts

Preheat the grill to hot. On a grill tray, toast one side of the bread until golden, then turn over. Crumble the cheese onto the bread and drizzle with honey. Season with black pepper. Grill for 4-5 mins, until the cheese is bubbling. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
