Visit this former textile mill and see the 1867 beam engine and 1910 Pollit & Wigzell horizontal mill engine in steam from the Lancashire boiler. Cold Harbour Mill is the oldest working mill in Britain today. This is a chance to relive the sights and sounds of the Industrial Revolution and watch the craftspeople of the mill make traditional textiles, beautiful knitting yarn and hand-woven rugs.
