I en­joyed read­ing ‘Sharp and Sweet’ in the Jan/ Feb 2017 is­sue, fea­tur­ing mouth-wa­ter­ing recipes us­ing le­mons. I needed a vi­brant, lemony pick-me-up, and so set to work in my kitchen to make your lemon curd recipe. It took just half an hour from start to fin­ish and I will make it again!
