Exploring the countryside on foot

With spring around the corner, the lure of stepping outside the warmth and comfort of the home becomes greater. With new year resolutions to visit the gym and keep fit already losing their appeal, what better way to exercise than to take up walking and discover the beauty of the countryside at the same time?
