Wild Food Forage

Head out and harvest wild plants for food. Spend the day learning how to identify edibles from the woodland, hedgerow and pastures, and when and where to look. Discover edible greens, roots, flowers and fungi alongside nuts and berries. Participants will harvest a selection of ingredients and cook them with seasonal wild game for a woodland lunch.
