LAYERS OF PATTERN

Wooden hangers are a blank canvas for adding a layer of colour and pattern. Once decorated, they can be used to display a favourite garment or to brighten up a wardrobe. The smooth surface of the hanger allows scraps of decorative paper to be glued along the frame and wrapped around the rounded bar. Pieces can be overlapped at angles to create an interesting effect. Once the paper has dried, a coat of varnish ensures a polished finish.
