Pies packed with pork

I made this pork pie using one of your beautiful recipes. It was very easy to follow, and I used my Turopolje pork, the meat of a piglet I bought last year. I produced far too much, so I made a traditiona­l round pie and a square one. I guess I will have to freeze one. I do hope it freezes well... Isi Grefen, via Facebook
