Natural combination of crafts

I have been inspired by your articles on Dorset buttons and weaving sticks in the March 2018 issue and am currently working on a piece of artwork combining both techniques. I am a textile artist and tutor, based in Wiltshire, with a large studio surrounded by the beautiful British countryside. I take my main inspiration from nature, so I work with materials around me. I made this conker case by embroidering over an empty walnut shell.
