Looking out for the birds

As the weather begins to get warmer, we should make more of an effort to inspect our fat balls and food that we leave out for the birds, as these can become quite rancid. I checked mine the other day to find it had gone mouldy, which has the potential to cause serious illness, if not death, to the little feathered friends I am trying to help. I am looking forward to spring when I will have more visitors to the garden.
