Foraging and Wild Food Course

ruthin, Denbighshire 10 June

this one-day course takes place near the small rural town and follows a guided walk through open fields, woodlands and along tracks. expert foragers will introduce participants to the edible plants, fungi and other wild foods of north Wales. they will learn how to prepare what they gather as well as tips on cooking with wild food.
