Natural Dyeing using Woodland Plants

cilgerran, Pembrokeshire 23-24 June

explore the woods surrounding cilgerran and gather a collection of plants with local natural dyer susan Martin. the workshop will teach participants the various stages of dyeing, including how to make mordants and colour modifying. there will also be an opportunity to make an eco print with leaves on paper. step-by-step tuition will be provided on the day, with notes on recipes to take away and experiment with at home.
