Make Your Own Afternoon Tea

School of Artisan Food, Welbeck, Nottinghamshire 16 August

A practical workshop which will guide participants through a day of making and baking a selection of British favourites. Learn the fundamentals of artisan cake baking and perfecting pastry tarts, how to make jam and customise fillings, and experiment with decorative techniques to create the delicious components of afternoon tea. Refreshments and a buffet-style lunch will be available on the day, and all ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
