Robin Hood Festival

sherwood Forest country Park, nottinghamshire 27 August-2 September

organised by the rsPB, the festival returns for its 34th year at the forest forever linked with robin Hood. the week-long celebration will feature storytelling, medieval music and performances, culminating in a clash between robin Hood himself and the sheriff of nottingham at the legendary Major oak. there will also be nature activities throughout the week and Wild challenges set by the rsPB and the Woodland trust.
