Pages brimming with interest

Several months ago, I was introduced to LandScape magazine by my daughter. There is so much to enjoy, such as the long articles, the imaginativ­e photograph­y, the snippets of poetry and interestin­g recipes. I was particular­ly interested in the article on Cowdray Park. My father, John Newell MBE, VMH, worked there as a young man. He went on to work at John Innes Horticultu­ral Institute at Marton Park in Surrey. I love gardening and have a small walled garden with a large quince tree offering dappled shade. Here is my sparkling garden chandelier. The glitter ball sends ‘fairies’ dancing round the garden in sunshine. Audrey Belshaw, Norfolk
