Green beans with wholegrain mustard butter
Serves 8
800g green beans 70g softened salted butter 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard juice of ½ lemon ½ tsp honey 1 tbsp curly parsley black pepper In a bowl, mix together the butter, mustard, lemon juice and honey. Season with pepper. Cook the beans in boiling water for 10 mins, then drain. Mix the butter through immediately and serve, garnished with parsley.
