Green beans with wholegrain mustard butter

800g green beans 70g softened salted butter 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard juice of ½ lemon ½ tsp honey 1 tbsp curly parsley black pepper In a bowl, mix together the butter, mustard, lemon juice and honey. Season with pepper. Cook the beans in boiling water for 10 mins, then drain. Mix the butter through immediatel­y and serve, garnished with parsley.
