Roast tenderstem broccoli and almonds

Serves 8

900g tenderstem broccoli, sliced in half lengthways 3 tbsp olive oil 75g flaked almonds 4 sprigs thyme Preheat the oven to 190°C/gas mark 5. Place the broccoli in a large roasting tin. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle over the flaked almonds. Season and toss thoroughly using tongs. Roast for 30 mins, then serve garnished with thyme sprigs.
