Serves 4 200g jumbo oats 2 tbsp dark soft brown sugar 225g dark chocolate, at least 70 per cent cocoa, plus extra for decorating 250g cottage cheese 150ml double cream Heat a saucepan on the hob, then add the oats and dry fry, stirring regularly, for 4 mins until browned. Take off the heat and mix in the sugar. In a large bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 min. Stir until smooth, then add the oats and mix thoroughly. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese and double cream and whisk for 1-2 mins until smooth and thick. Layer the chocolate oats and cream mixture equally In four serving glasses, to create four layers. Decorate with pieces of broken chocolate. Serve immediately.
