the school of ar­ti­san Food, Wel­beck, not­ting­hamshire 8 Fe­bru­ary expert butcher, chris Moorby shares his ex­ten­sive knowl­edge of tra­di­tional ar­ti­san butch­ery in this prac­ti­cal course in hand­craft­ing Bri­tish meat pies.
