Coffee and cream cocktail

Serves 4 200ml freshly brewed coffee, chilled 200ml coffee liqueur 100ml double cream 4 coffee beans, roughly crushed

4 champagne coupe glasses

In a mixing jug, combine the coffee and coffee liqueur, then divide between the champagne glasses. Hold a teaspoon, curved side up, inside one of the glasses so it almost touches the top of the coffee mixture. Pour 25ml of the cream slowly onto the back of the spoon, so it rests on top of the liquid. Repeat with the remaining glasses. Sprinkle the crushed coffee beans on top, and serve.
