Winter project for summer days

My dad bought me a subscription to LandScape for Christmas, and what a delight. During the half-term, my dad and I made the denim bag in the January issue from a pair of old jeans he had. A most enjoyable day, and now I have a new swimming bag. We did make two amendments to the instructions: we shortened the back strap by a couple of centimetres, making it level, and sewed in a seam across the width of the base so that it was square and could sit better on the floor.
