Letters from the shoreline

After collecting numerous attractive, interesting pieces of driftwood over the years, I thought it was time to create something with my treasures. I love a good beachcombing session. The pieces have been collected from beaches on various holidays, from the Isle of Skye in Scotland to The Llŷn Peninsula in Wales. With more free time on my hands recently, I created this ornamental ‘Love’ sign and a driftwood candle holder. I am pleased with how they have turned out, and they remind me of the time I enjoyed collecting them.
