IT wasn’t all that long ago that Danny Ings was on loan at Dorchester Town in the Conference South.

Six years later, the striker has banged in a load of goals for Burnley, played for England, and landed a dream move to Liverpool.

His time at Anfield hasn’t exactly gone to plan since he made the £6.5m move last year. An Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury is now in the past, however, and he’s forcing his way back into manager Jurgen Klopp’s thoughts.

Away from the football pitch, he’s been seen out and about with Georgia Gibbs – a former contestant on Australia’s Next Top Model and a finalist in Miss Universe Australia 2014.

Ings will be hoping the stars start aligning for his playing career again and he can show his deadly eye for goal in front of the Kop.
