WELCOME TO LATE TACKLE

We’re always on the look out for contributions for future issues of Late Tackle.

If you fancy writing for the magazine please get in touch. You can send submissions and ideas to latetackle@hotmail.co.uk We read everything that comes in and use the best stuff each issue.

A good read of the magazine should give you a good idea of the type of pieces we’re looking for, but generally if it’s well-written, passionate and interesting, it stands a great chance of appearing in a future edition.

Please do remember that as the magazine is printed only every six weeks, we can’t use time-sensitive pieces.

That aside, the main rule is there are no rules: as long as your piece is about football (pretty crucial, that) and on the right side of legal, we’ll consider it for publication.

And it can be about any player, any club, any era, any country, any league or any issue. Just remember that the magazine isn’t club specific, so don’t make it too one-eyed!

We just want stuff that is interesting, funny, poignant, insightful, or maybe even all four. If you already write for a blog, website or fanzine, we are more than happy to credit it if we use your piece.
