WELCOME TO LATE TACKLE

LAST season is barely over and yet a new one is already upon us. That’s the reality of the strange world we live in at present.

Let’s hope that Covid-19 stays out of football grounds this year and supporters can get back to watch their teams in action as soon as possible.

Leeds fans, in particular, must be looking forward with anticipation to seeing their favourites back in the top flight.

Supporter Andrew Carter tells us about the highs and lows of being a lifelong Whites fans. It is going to be fascinating to see how Marcelo Bielsa and his team fare in the Premier League.

That’s just one of many articles on a host of different subjects in this edition, so hopefully we’ve covered all the bases.

We read everything that comes in and use the best stuff each issue. Please do remember that as the magazine is printed only every six weeks or so, we can’t use timesensitive pieces.

That aside, the main rule is there are no rules: as long as your piece is about football (pretty crucial, that) and on the right side of legal, we’ll consider it for publication.

We just want stuff that is interesting, funny, poignant, insightful, or maybe even all four. Enjoy the new season,
