WELCOME TO LATE TACKLE

IT’S easy to get caught up in the Premier League and Champions League hype, isn’t it?

True, it’s the elite level and the quality is there for all to see, but it’s not the be all and end all.

With our sister publications being The Football League Paper and The Non-League Paper, we enjoy football across the board.

There are plenty of stories in the Championship and below. In this edition, we highlight Fulham’s goalscoring glutton Aleksandar Mitrovic and Bournemouth’s young goalkeeper Mark Travers. They could well both be in the Premier League next season...

We read everything that comes in and use the best stuff each issue. Please do remember that as the magazine is printed only every six weeks or so, we can’t use timesensitive pieces.

That aside, the main rule is there are no rules: as long as your piece is about football (pretty crucial, that) and on the right side of legal, we’ll consider it for publication.

We just want stuff that is interesting, funny, poignant, insightful, or maybe even all four.
