Volunteers sought

THE Friends of Cecilly Brook and Hales Hall Pool are inviting people to help make a ‘home for nature’ tomorrow from 2pm. The group are hoping for volunteers to come and make bird and bat boxes which will be put up on the reserves around Cecilly Brook and Hales Hall Pool.

All materials and tools will be provided at Thorley Drive Sports Pavilion, Cheadle.

The group are also asking for volunteers on December 7 to clear more scrub along Cecilly Brook to enhance the environment for wildlife, meeting at Cheadle Leisure Centre car park at 10am.
