NOW that we are welcoming in the New Year, it’s time to wipe out those festive blues and kick start 2019 with some positive New Year’s resolutions.

We invite you to join us with Horizon Coaching and Swan Health and Rehabilitation, at Leek and Buxton College, for a healthy breakfast and wellness session.

We can help you to make positive changes and set goals for the next 12 months. Helen Dos Santos, wellbeing and resilience life coach, from Horizon coaching will introduce some easy techniques to help you to stay calm and confident while clinical director, physiotherapist Carys Roberts from Swan Health and Rehabilitation will be giving out helpful tips to maintaining your physical health in the workplace.
