DEFENDANT Sally Garner has pleaded guilty to criminal damage and dangerous driving.

The 49-year-old admitted damaging a UPVC window and the front windscreen of a car in Leek on November 22.

Garner, of Davenport Close, Leek, also admitted driving a BMW dangerously in Nab Hill Avenue on the same date.

But she has denied an allegation of assault by beating on that date in Leek. She will stand trial at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on February 14.

Magistrates also handed Garner an interim driving ban. She is on bail.
