Developing youth is way forward for club

-

OLIVER Hawke writes many times stating that Leicestershire cricket will improve, but they never do.

Finishing bottom in the second division by 22 points means players are not performing properly.

Leicester City FC have a great manager, chairman and board who buy players, quality players, at a great price.

Manchester United, my team, are a prime example who have spent millions of pounds on players not up to scratch.

So, my advice to the cricket club – spend wisely and develop quality youth.
