Crime of passion

-

IT’S time to say farewell to Sinead as her friends and family gather for her funeral and wake.

It’s a moving service and, afterwards, Daniel feels he wants to be alone so heads home to watch the videos his wife made for him and Bertie just before she died. But there’s more tragedy awaiting him – while he was out, a burglar broke into the flat, trashed the place and stole the laptop containing Sinead’s messages.

Daniel is understandably distraught when he realises what has happened, but things get even worse after he loses control in a pawn shop he believes is trying to sell the stolen computer, leading to his arrest.

Bernie becomes the chief suspect in the robbery, until Paul and Gemma figure out who else had access to Billy’s diary, and therefore would have known that the flat would be empty...

Elsewhere, Michelle pretends nothing is wrong with her relationship with Robert but is clearly plotting revenge.

James fears his secret is about to be exposed and Aggie interferes in Michael’s private life.
