Day, 2010, we catch up with the action on the day of Syed’s wedding to
Amira.
He’s all trussed up in his wedding garb and riding a white horse, while his lover Christian (John Partridge) looks on sadly, having begged Syed to choose him instead.
There is a wonderful showdown between Zainab and Christian, when she tells him to back off with his “perverted obsession” with her son.
And the tension builds as Christian prepares for a Graduate moment, but will he interrupt the wedding at the crucial moment?
It’s all just as gripping as it was the first time we saw it.
