Fan-fleecing exercise by the Premier League
OUR loyal supporters are taken for a ride yet again with the latest pay to view option from the Premier League.
I was staggered to see that a charge of £15 was required to view the latest derby match with Aston Villa. So we now have a situation where LCFC matches not being shown by the big broadcasters will cost £15 to view, in addition to the charges made by Sky or BT Sport, and the £70 season ticket fee paid to Leicester City FC, resulting in the poor supporter potentially being charged three times.
Leicester City do actually show every City game live and I would suggest that as a goodwill gesture they should make this service free to all the season ticket holders who have actually paid their £70.
