Woman admits killing

A WOMAN has admitted the manslaughter of a seven-year-old girl in a park on Mother’s Day.

Eltiona Skana, 30, pleaded guilty to unlawful killing at Manchester Crown Court via videolink from a high-security hospital. She denied murder.

Emily Jones was stabbed to death while with her parents in Queen’s Park, Bolton.

A further hearing is expected in the next seven days.
