This award is reserved for a special individual who has cared for someone with autism and complex care needs.

The Best Newcomer award is for a care professional who joined adult social care within the last year, from another sector, who has demonstrated excellent care and support and adopted all the values that make an excellent care professional.

CARE LEADER OF THE YEAR

A very special senior care professional, team leader or manager will be celebrated in this category, for the way they support staff or people they support.
