Presenters always seem to be advertising
A HEADLINE on page 23 of the Daily Mirror, from Saturday, February 13 reads “Impartial advert free BBC”.
Can anyone out there, then, please enlighten me why we have to endure incessant advertising on local BBC stations?
During most daily programmes, the presenters are promoting something or someone, whether the subject be local or nationally based, and giving out contact details. Or am I listening to a different station?
