Make migrants pick up the litter left by louts

ON reading about the litter problems in the local parks and other places around the Midlands and the volunteers needed to pick it up, why not use some of the many migrants in the hotels up and down the country?

They could then earn the money that our government freely gives them and keep our country beautiful for all to live in.
