After everything that happened last week, it’s no surprise that a police officer is in the village wanting to ask some questions.

Meanwhile, Bob confides in Dan about how he and Wendy have yet to consummate their relationship and Dan urges him to try and make a move.

Later, rather unsubtly, Bob plies Wendy, pictured, with oysters, opera and dark chocolate by candle-light, but it has the reverse reaction and she makes her excuses and leaves. Has Bob gone too far?

EASTENDERS BBC1, 8.10pm

Ruby is struggling with the kids and it’s not getting any easier. She rushes home from work to find that Lily and Hope have cut up her late mother’s wedding dress. Ruby, pictured, is seething and wants Lily out, fast.

Meanwhile, Iqra is horrified when Kim tells her the picture from the shoot has been posted online.

Elsewhere, Patrick considers a letter about clinical trials for stroke medication. And Sharon is daunted by her gym venture.

Tyrone explains to Alina it was Fiz’s, pictured, idea she should move away, not his. Later, accusations fly when Alina’s place is raided because someone reported her for tax evasion.

Meanwhile, Leanne has an unwelcome visitor when one of Harvey’s dealers turns up at her flat, saying he’s using her place to bag up a delivery of drugs.

Elsewhere, Faye and Craig’s romantic movie afternoon is ruined by a meddling Elaine.
