Restaurant gets new name
OWNERS of a restaurant have renamed the venue.
Adam and Stacey Ward took over Ashfields, in Earl Shilton, 2018, and renamed it Fourwards at Ashfields.
They have now decided to re-brand as Fourwards Restaurant.
“When we first took over, we wanted to keep a lot of the original restaurant’s features, menus and ways of working,” said head chef Adam.
“The last thing we wanted to do was to upset the regulars and longterm fans.
“With it now being our third anniversary, and with the amount of time and money we have invested into the building over the past 12 months, we felt that the time was right to relaunch.”
“Since we won the best British restaurant award back in 2019, we have been working hard to keep making improvements to both the restaurant, and the food,” said Stacey.
“We have refurbished the whole exterior and interior of the restaurant. We have also invested in better equipment for the kitchen, too.”
