Scale great heights for the hospice

A HOSPICE is calling on people to help it reach new fund-raising heights.

Rainbows, which cares for children and young people, is urging people to sign up to its Snowdon trek.

It is staging the event on Saturday, September 25, at the tallest mountain in Wales.

Rainbows community fund-raiser Gary Farnfield said: “Although a little training is required, you don’t need to be an experienced walker and our team will support you every step of the way.

“Joining the Snowdon Trek will not only be an incredible personal challenge, but you will be helping to raise vital funds for the charity.

“Covid-19 forced us to cancel so many fund-raisers, so we are looking forward to people joining us for this incredible event.”
