I’d like to vote whether Scots can be in union

VERY interesting that the Scots are debating another vote on breaking away from the union.

When, as an Englishman paying tax, will I get a chance to vote on whether I want them to stay joined to my country, England?

I do actually want them to stay in the union, but as long as they pay their own way.
