A BREWERY has launched its own Italian pizza kitchen to go with its award-winning beers.

Round Corner Brewing, which opened in a former sheep shed in Melton Market in December 2018, has become known for its regular food pop-ups, where visitors can enjoy burgers, Indian cuisine and Mexican delights, served up by local street food vendors.

It is now serving its own pizzas too. Talking about the move, co-founder Combie Cryan said: “We’ve been doing food and beer since December 2018. Through this period of working with almost 30 different providers, we have noticed that nothing complements our beer better than pizza.

“We’ve built an amazing Italian pizza kitchen with the help of bunch of volunteers and were fortunate to have the help of Marco Fuso, one of the world’s leading pizza chefs, to help us design our offering and hone our dough and pizza-making skills.

“The goal is to make pizzas to share, pizzas that delight folks and complement our beers.”
