Rosebush has grown lots - but it’s artificial!

MY name is Anne Aggio and I live in a housing complex for retired people where we have our own private flats.

Last year, before the pandemic and lockdown, I bought a beautiful white rosebush.

It was only a small rosebush at the time but since then, over the year, it has grown to three times its size.

My husband has taken photos of it from when we bought it right up until a couple of weeks ago.

Now, here’s the crunch line, it’s artificial. Yes, I have an artificial rosebush that’s growing. You may think I’m mad, but you can ask any one of our residents here in the complex and they will tell you the same thing!
