Comedian and West End star Brian Conley joins EastEnders next week as Sonia Fowler’s long-lost father.
His character turns up at Ruby’s where Dotty has been working as a hostess. When Sonia discovers what Dotty has been up to she marches over to the club to tell her why she shouldn’t be making money from older men, like Rocky (Conley).
She might wish she’d been a bit more tactful though when Rocky turns up at the Vic to say he’s looking for Sonia. His real name is Terry – and he’s her father.
Can they get their reunion back on track?
Elsewhere, Mick works on his victim impact statement ahead of Katy’s trial, and Nancy encourages him to read it out himself in court. However, Frankie is under pressure to also contribute to the hearing as her mum asks her to be a character witness. As the Carters head to court, will justice be done?
Martin is unhappy to see Zack flirting with Ruby, and his jealousy only increases when Lily claims they spent the night together while he was away.
As Denise brings Bailey back to the Square, Bernie tells Molly about her surrogacy plan, and Lola and Sheree are concerned when Isaac freezes during a meal.
