Special sessions to see art

SPECIAL sessions are being held at an art exhibition for people with special educational needs.

Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience, in All Saints’ Church in Highcross Street, Leicester, said fewer tickets will be on sale for the sessions and the accompanying soundtrack will be played at a lower level.

It said this should make the experience a more gentle one for visitors who might be particularly sensitive to sensory overload.

The sessions take place at 10am, starting today.

Others take place on August 26, September 9 and 23, October 7 and 21, November 4 and 18 and December 2 and 16.

The Leicester exhibition will be open until December 31.
