- Mary.cufflin@royalvoluntaryservice.org.uk

OVER-55S are being invited to try something new with a programme of free art and dance classes.

Designed by Royal Voluntary Service and supported by People’s Postcode Lottery, the First Time for Everything programme starts with Beginners’ Ballet with dance teacher, Ginnette Brooks, on November 12, at 11.15am.

On November 15, artist and print maker Kate Da’Casto, will be hosting a mono-printing workshop at 11am, while Ginnette will host a fun showtime dance class on November 19, at 11.15am.

All events take place at Clarence House, in Humberstone Gate, Leicester.

No dance or art experience is necessary and adapted versions of dance moves will be provided for people with limited mobility. Free light refreshments will be available after all sessions.

Bookings for the free monoprinting event are essential as places are limited but dance class places are open.
