We have flag, now let’s have our a county day

NOW that Leicestershire has its own county flag, is it not time we agreed on a Leicestershire Day?

Many other counties have a day where all things originating or synonymous with their county are celebrated.

Sometimes a local saints day is used for this. Any ideas, anyone?
