Win a Wedding vow for couples
Hotel pledges £500 to competition entrants
Eve r y c o u p l e who e n t e r s t h e Wi n a Wedding competition with the Lennox Herald this week will be a winner thanks to The Dumbuck House House.
Aware of a tide of interest in the local area, the owners of the historic Glasgow Road hotel have just agreed to offer every runner up £500 cash back if they book their wedding at the Dumbuck by July 31, 2015.
Hotel owner Petra McMillan said ‘ we do’ to the idea after hearing the Dumbarton community was buzzing with scores o f b r i d e s a n d g r o o ms asking family and friends to help them gather in the competition tokens.
Petra said: ”We’ve been overwhelmed by t he response from The Lennox c o mpeti t i o n. Onl y o ne couple can win our £6000 wedding prize but we don’t want to let couples down who al re ady have t hei r heart set on having their wedding with us which is why we’re giving away £500 to every couple who books with us.”
The special offer came about after Petra heard of one couple who started a social media campaign to help harvest the precious tokens. In addition, news spread that just minutes after hitting the streets, one l ocal newsagent’s entire stock of the Lennox Herald was cleared out by an overzealous bride-to-be.
The offer applies to all couples enter i ng Win a Wedding.
