This de­light­ful pic­ture of a bird and a fuch­sia flower was sent in via email by Ann Bar­clay. 3RD

Ge­orgina Brown of Low­est­oft, Suf­folk cap­tured this im­age of fox cubs when on an early morn­ing walk on one of the Suf­folk Wildlife Trust’s Na­ture Re­serves. “They did not seem to mind my hus­band and I watch­ing them as af­ter look­ing our way they car­ried on, on their own sweet way, en­joy­ing the warm sun­shine,” she says.

Rose­mary Howard grabbed this pic­ture of two beau­ti­ful fal­low deer in wood­land.

“This beau­ti­ful Jay was a reg­u­lar vis­i­tor to my bird feeder in South Woot­ton, King’s Lynn, Nor­folk, in June/July. Even­tu­ally there were four of them but only one was brave enough to take the peanuts,” says pho­tog­ra­pher John Paige.

Har­wich Ferry – the foot (and bike) ferry leav­ing the View Point in Felixs­towe to­wards Har­wich. The ferry also serves Shot­ley and on this oc­ca­sion was cap­tured by reg­u­lar en­trant in our com­pe­ti­tion, Mick Webb, of Capel St Mary, Ip­swich, Suf­folk.

“This tiger looked a lit­tle tired,” says Kerry Stone, of Wy­mond­ham, Nor­folk, who cap­tured this shot at Ban­ham Zoo.
