#WE LOVE the fact that Sainsbury’s has been on our high street for an incredible 147 years and is still going strong. Where else can you buy ingredients for a killer barbecue – complete with tableware, glasses and charcoal – and pick up a pair of emergency sunnies all under one roof? #WE SAW four key trends for the season ahead – Botanist, Orchard, Moroccan Blue and Coastal, each of which had plenty of style staples that caught our eye.
#WE DIG the Essential Style collection, the brand’s capsule range of everyday must-haves with a luxe edge. Think Egyptian cotton towels, 400 threadcount linens and goose-filled bedding for less than the price of your weekly shop.
#WE LUSTED AFTER the copper-look kitchen accessories. Specifically, the Copper finish range, including an Ice Bucket, a steal at £15. What better way to chill your prosecco this summer?
#WE LEARNED that Sainsbury’s is currently the tenth largest retailer of homeware in the uk. Surprisingly, for a supermarket, its non-food ranges are also outperforming consumables and growing at double the rate.
#WE’RE BUYING the painterly blue plates from the Moroccan Blue range for our alfresco gatherings this season.
