Grilled nec­tarine with vanilla Bircher

150g low-fat Greek yo­gurt ¼ tea­spoon ste­via 1 tea­spoon vanilla paste 4 ta­ble­spoons skimmed milk 2 ta­ble­spoons oat bran 1 ripe nec­tarine, stoned 5 macadamia nuts, toasted mint sprig, to gar­nish Mix to­gether the yo­gurt, ste­via, vanilla paste, milk and oat bran in a bowl. Leave to soak overnight in the fridge.

Cut the nec­tarine in half or into slices and grill or grid­dle it un­til caramelised.

Serve the vanilla bircher topped with the warm nec­tarine and toasted macadamia nuts and gar­nished with a mint sprig.
